In the Childcare Act of 1991, the Healthcare Service Executive (HSE) is accountable with the task to make sure that the health, security and wellbeing of preschool kids meet the suitable standards. Preschool is Ireland law is defined as kids falling in the age bracket of six years, who are not going to a nationwide school or equal to that. These care sources are required to inform the HSE that they are offering services and working in the best possible manner. I have been asked by the Ministry for children and youth affairs to make legal submissions on five areas of the pre-school regulations 2006 as amended that are in need of restructuring.
