During the last days, I have acquired adequate knowledge regarding the way operations at Club IT are managed, and have developed a established a sound plan by means of preliminary analysis of the company to improve the business. This can be done by the implementation of the pertinent software and technical programs. There are three major issues that have been observed at Club IT which are holding the company back from the accomplishment of their objectives as a business company and a quality e-commerce provider. Thus by analyzing the supply, customers, and resources of the company, some effective solutions have been suggested for the purpose of fixing the issues.
