I, Gary Stevenot, have completed 150 hours of required ministry. During this time I have had an incredible amount of fellowship time with not just my pastor but with also the leadership team. I have been mentored by a lot of brothers and sisters as well as I have been able to mentor others as my learning is improved. I have learned adequacy for preparation for the position plus appropriate communication skills, I've also been able to encourage and provide pastoral care to many different people, I've been able to receive correction and experience success in meeting objectives, I have tolerance of different viewpoints that differ from the my own. I know I'm not always going to be right and the God's ways are not my ways, nor his thoughts are my thoughts. This has been a great experience. And, my expectations of this ministry were to be able to grow, both spiritually and mentally, which has truly happened and still is happening as I grow in the Lord and the Church.
