Introduction

Youth entrepreneurship is considered as one of the latest but the growing and developing field of today's era. According to recent researches and surveys, the Youth entrepreneurship has greatly benefited the economy of the world and has greatly helped them in the way of progress and development. Youth entrepreneurship is referred as the scenario that demonstrates the children of any country who do their own businesses (Anonymous, 2004, pp. 325-326). It is often observed that, most of the entrepreneurs are the adults who started their own businesses since their childhood. Therefore, youth entrepreneurship can be referred as any type of business an adolescent or a child can start at the start of his or her career stages (Delgado, 2004, pp. 200-202). For instance, a youth or young people can start the businesses of car washing or business of babysitting service. In addition to this, an adolescent or a child may start the internet based businesses in order to make money on their own basis. In addition to this, the youth may adopt several other areas in order to do their businesses. These activities may significantly boosts up the economy of the country as well as the personal well being of the people (Delgado, 2004, pp. 200-202).

Recent researches, surveys and studies show that, the activity of youth entrepreneurship has greatly benefited the financial or economic conditions of the world and has allowed the people to earn their living hood on their own basis. This activity may also provide career or employment opportunities to the people (Nwigwe, 2010, pp. 57-59). Therefore, youth entrepreneurship may also bring improvement on the community level. The proceeding paper incorporates the basic idea of youth entrepreneurship. The paper also includes the concept of youth entrepreneurship in the developing countries i.e., Nigeria. The proceeding discussion also incorporates the reflection of the practical assignment by considering the Kolb's learning cycle (Blokker & Dallago, 2012, pp. 201-203).

Youth Entrepreneurship

Youth entrepreneurship is one of the advanced and innovative but considered as the most growing field of the today's era. Entrepreneurship is considered as one of the effective strategies of bringing development and advancement in the economy of the country. According to several researches and surveys, the entrepreneurship is referred as the ability for judging and finding an opportunity where other people find confusion, contradiction and chaos (Blokker & Dallago, 2012, pp. 201-203). In other words, the entrepreneurship is considered as the capability of building or creating something from nothing. It is the purposeful activity of a group or any individual in order to bring betterment in their personal lives as well as in the social well being of the community (Anonymous, 2004, pp. 325-326). Therefore, youth entrepreneurship is the activity of the youngsters or adults of seeking production opportunities, investments, managing people at work place, hiring labor, raising capital etc., in order to earn their living hood (Nwigwe, 2010, pp. 57-59).
