Ever since a very young age, I have been a gourmand and have loved food. There are countless times when I have raided the kitchen and spent hours experimenting with different ingredients to create my own meal. I have spent an equally long time trying out recipes at home. This systematic process of trial and error has allowed me to hone my skills as an amateur cook in my earlier years. A strong interest in cooking is what essentially inspired me to seek a career in culinary arts. And I could not have made a better choice.
