Basic facts of the case

The basic facts of this case are that this case comes into view when Nevada Cowboy did not give his identification to the police without any valid reason. In order to act on this matter, conservative justice has been came out on top for this matter, the court gave final decision that those people should be arrested who don't give their personal identification to the police, they have to give their complete identity to any police officers even if they didn't done anything illegal and wrong. If they don't give their identity to the police then there is strict order to arrest them.

Another fact in this case is that Nevada Law enforcement officials said that identification requests by the police is not a bad thing, in fact this is a routine part of detective work, but civil people said that people who are innocent and they have not done anything illegal and wrong should not be arrested and they have the right to be left alone by the police.

Why decision is important

This decision was very important because it can reduce crime in the country; it helps a lot to decrease crime issues. According to Nevada, this decision is right because it will contribute to the fight against crime and war on terror. This decision has a very good impact on Americans life because through this decision, police will be more effective to find terrorist in the country, which is very important for the people's life.
