Introduction

The police process deserves appropriate treatment given the remarkable lightness, banality and dishonesty that has been addressed, predominantly worn by those who know little or no know nothing, or at best associated with different disciplines to address it.

This paper will analyze the police isolation, are the relation good or bad or none existent, and the paper must necessarily consider and integrate the State in its relations with both. This forms a trilogy where historically the law enforcement agency was deliberately forced to occupy a place convenient and no intermediary, dedicated almost exclusively on social regulation, systematically distorting its mission. The paper will also develop a program that can be implemented to improve the Police Isolation.

Background
