Introduction

For this paper, we try to explore the concept of investigative instruments and equipments used and described in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on the Police LIDAR, which is equipment used for tracking the speeds of vehicles and automobiles and its relation with the service that it gives to the police department. The research also analyzes many aspects of how LIDAR really works and tries to gauge its effect on the kind of benefits that it gives as per its current frame of usage.
