Introduction

The behavior of New York police is too much biased with the black people. A 22 year old young boy looking forward to his future was shot dead by a placer officer's bullet which split his life in second. Sound familiar? The victim this time was the Dominican young man named Noel Polanco, from the south of the New York City. On October 4, 2012 he was on his way to home, when the police stopped him in the allegation of driving the car in the erratic manner. He was keen to become a police officer, but the tragic twist snatched his life.

According to the Diane Deferrai, a passenger accompanying him told publicly that he was shot at the abdomen and was almost dead, the moment he was asked to put his hands on the steering wheel. Moreover, Deferrari believes that police did it deliberately because Polanco supposedly park the car between NYPD's two trucks. Police also didn't inform his mother of the death of her son until nine hours. The name of Polanco so now has been included in the long list of police brutality victims who lost their lives, especially in New York City. Sean Bell, Amadou Diallo, Malcolm Ferguson, Ramarley Graham, Anthony Baez, Patrick Dorismond, and the ten year old Clifford Glover. Most of the victims belonged to the black community of the Afro-American race. The senseless killings of the African-American race are still going on in the New York City, and on the other none of any policemen involved in these killings has been convicted of the murder.

The another murder of an 18 years old African male Alan Blueford, who was going to be a graduate from a high school named as Skyline High School. He was shot dead by a police officer of Oakland three times. There are many black people killed every day in America especially in New York by NYPD police officer. Various reasons are there for this kind of brutal injustice against this particular race.

New York is on the top, i.e. it's appears virtually alone out of all the big United States cities when it comes to police abuse & violence. There is the evidence, and facts that are sufficient to prove this claim. More than 34,000 uniformed officers, along with total 51,000 employees are deployed in the NYPD, the country largest police department. To provide more evidence against it, it can be observed that the NYPD has thrice the number of the police force behind any city. According to figures released by American Civil Liberties Union in 2011, almost 90% of the total 685,000 people were Black and Latino, were the victims of racial profiling policy named as Stop and Frisk by the New York Police Department.
