The main purpose of this paper is to analyse a poem either in English or Chinese language in which there is a very important role of revision of an idea, previous poetic assertion or convention or grammatical percept. The paper discusses the ways through which the poem brought the realization of the presence of revision, and my position as a reader in an adversarial position or a harmonious one. The paper also discusses the ways through which the “argument” evolves over the course of the poem, and how does it shape its ending.
