It's a fact that human lives shouldn't be determined by their existence physically or their blissful illusion or comfort only but, human lives are to attain the superior goal. However, any ways the human adopts must be righteous, justified, and upright as there are numerous ways in a person can vary in path of the truth. God has already revealed all the right and wrong paths.

Similarities and differences in the Matrix considering Plato and Descartes

There are many similarities but, the most clear connections in The Matrix movie, the cave analogy of Plato, and the Descartes, is actually doubtless created by these works the against the true world, which is all around. These works have given rise to such questions on power of the human sensing about the world. If supposing Descartes' perception that humans are in the state of dream. All the actions are illusions such as opening eyes or moving the head or putting the hands etc., all that humanly actions (Descartes, 1641). As similar with Descartes, Plato also proposed another appealing imaginary state in a cave where human beings are bounded by the chains and they can able only recognizes the figures' shadows while passing by the walls. According to Plato humans are prisoners in every way and they deem reality not anything except for artificial objects' shadow (Plato, 514 - 518).
