Abstract

The research paper discuses about the planning process, the different sort of planning steps which are available to follow to make a comprehensive plan. The different urban policies which should be continuous. One can never know enough about the planning and how it reacts to a determined management and, as we acquire more information and experience, the plans must be changed.

The most important part of the operating system directly affects the functioning of a computer, a control subsystem processes. The process (or in other words, the problem) - an abstraction that describes a running program. For the operating system process is a unit of work, the application for use of system resources. Study the existing situation in terms of land use interviews with users and identifying their needs and views, analysis on the spot of the earth and the situation with regard to its uses; problem identification and analysis of their causes, identification of constraints to change.

Step 4 Identifying Opportunities for Change

Identification and design in the form of projects, different types of land use will facilitate the achievement of objectives; presentation of these options for the public to discuss.

Step 5 Evaluation of land suitability

For each type of land use seems promising, identifying its requirements regarding the characteristics that must have the land and its comparison with current features in order to establish physical abilities.

Step 6 Evaluation of options

Analysis of the environmental, economic and social development, for land users and the community as a whole, each viable combination of fitness and land use; identification of the consequences, positive and negative, choosing other options.

Step 7 Choosing the Best Option
