SMART Goals

The SMART goals are a guide that is set in an organization by individuals and managers for development, innovation and management. The letters of the word SMART are broadly specified for terms that make up the smart goals. These are;

S- Specific

M-Measurable

A- Attainable

R- Relevant

T- Time-bound

Specific

The initial term of the SMART goals is 'specific' that shows the focus of the goal that is to be set. In order to form the goals that are specific it is important to set the targets that are expected, their importance and what would be achieved through it.
