I have come across different people who had planned their retirement at initial age and now they are successful in his life. Different experts and scholars are of the opinion that planning retirement on priority basis not only helps a person to spend his remaining life happily, but it also helps to get gain health which lowers the chances of diseases.

A question which we have in mind regarding retirement and its planning is that why is it important to plan for retirement? What are the factors which affects a person's life? This will include age factor and the power to perform work tasks and activities.

The future is unpredictable we should have a plan to secure our future.

No one knows about any future accident that can take place. Therefore there should be a plan to cope up with any uncertainty.

If a person has no plan for his future, and he got retires without any savings for than it will worsen the situation.

In early age people are able to work more effectively as they have more power to work.

As the time passes the body becomes weaker and many tasks which a person can perform in young age become impossible in old age.

Mostly people do not get jobs in old age

Because employers want fresh blood with updated knowledge.

An ineffective retirement plan can cause many problems to the person.

These problems can be in the form of finance i.e. financial problems which can lead to mental and health problems.
