Piracy is all about a war-like act that committed by private parties, which is not affiliated with any government, whose main motive is to conduct and engaged in act of robberies and/or criminal violence based on sea. The attitude of piracy can be highlighted from the point that the term based on the committed crimes that conducted on sea or even shore.
