We have all heard the stories of a bad service or lack of service experience and as with anything else, the more a story is told the more likely it is that the facts will get distorted. So by the time the article gets to the 10th or 11th individual you can bet the details are a bit exaggerated. This is scary because positions like this can actually affect the public “perception” of an organization. And the saddest fact is that normally the organization isn't even cognizant that an incident happened!
