Phyllis Cunningham considers the graduate scholars with who she has worked as her primary legacy. In the last 20 years, as a lecturer of adult education, she has been one of the first women in up to date mature person education who has been accepted to key professional places. She was the only woman in the second "mentor series" of films produced by the University of Georgia on adult education professors (Wlodkowski, 1999).

Early Life

Twenty-five years ago, she, along with some friends, established the built-up Life Center.
