One of the powerful and largest states of the world in twenty-first century is the United States of America. With completely different norms, the country has diverse tribes and races. Living in similar cities, towns or states, several non-white and white communities are entailed by the United States. The most politically and economically disadvantaged people are other white and non-white immigrants, in accordance to the prior studies on the American immigrants and indigenous people. In the United States, several negro-white communities have been fighting for equity, for numerous past decades. Such communities are facing increasing challenges that are posed to cases of ethnical and racial disparities. In the current century, one of the most crucial aspects in human life, are quality of life and healthcare. In the United States, challenges from ethnical and racial differences are faced by such crucial aspects, like, quality of life and health. Therefore, with respect to this scenario, the focus of essay is decreasing health disparities among African Americans with the diagnosis of ESRD by providing strategies to prevent the onset of diabetes through changes and diet require interventions that are population specific and culturally sensitive and an ethnic specific diet regime.

The earliest immigrants into the United States were the Hispanic and African American communities. Through personal business interests or slavery, they arrived in the United States. Almost 1/3rd of the entire population of the United States is represented currently by these groups. In the United States, the largest minority groups currently are formed by these two communities. Political, ethnical and racial discrimination have been suffered by other immigrants with these two groups collectively, since their entity in the United States. They really disadvantages as they share different cultural norms with the Native American communities. This element is defines as the shared and learned attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs. However, since in improving healthcare delivery, the latest challenge are the cultural issues and the situation is influenced with great political changes, as in the United States, there is a considerable change in ethnical and racial disparities issues.

In this Essay, the area of focus is health disparities among African American Adults with the diagnosis of end stage renal disease. Into the limelight of the society, the unethical nature of some researchers was brought by the Tuskegee syphilis study. Four hundred African American males between the year of 1932 and the year of 1972 were involved in the study (Leininger & McFarland, 2002). The deduction of health care disparities can be originated because of the mistrust from the researchers about the African American, for whom the semiliterate people of African origin, the poor and the vulnerable population in society, was the target.

The health can have improved, but the necessary antibiotics were not provided to patients.
