Introduction

Leadership is a very multifaceted conception and has been identified in many diverse manners. It is the procedure by which one individual chosen “what is to be carried out” and impacts the attempts of others in order to achieve particular goals. Effectual headship is necessary if a Health Care Organization is to offer high excellence in care and achieve something money-wise. All leaders at all stages of the association, who depend upon other people for resourceful and effectual work presentation, entail leadership capability. The excellence of headship is critical to how task gets completed (Donnelly, 2003).
