Introduction

This paper intends to discuss my viewpoint about the philosophy of education. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of my knowledge, beliefs and dispositions towards the process of teaching and learning. The aim of this paper is to provide a brief review of what I know and believe today in relation with the significance of education. My viewpoint about the role of a teacher leader will be elaborated in the paper.
