1, 2, and 3My philosophy of education is quite simple. It is based on the fact that ALL students deserve holistic education whether they belong to any race, socio economic status, background or class. Education is a wide medium which helps the students to develop themselves and help them to cater with the strengths and weaknesses they are facing. It also helps students to discover themselves and get an opportunity to learn from different cultures and experiences. My philosophy also includes individual creativity and thought. It helps students to be analytical thinkers and decision makers, solving their problems, helping one another in their work, Moreover, students also play a role of a teacher as making students think and achieve their objectives. My philosophy also includes motivating students to compete and excel at the greatest capacity.
My philosophy of education is based on kindness, patience and time. At initial level of studies children develop themselves and they need a lot of time to fully cater the needs and become achievers afterwards, so they should be given a chance to perform (Joyce, 1993). Parent's involvement as well as firm consistency is required to be successful. I believe that this will further help the students to be confident as well as be successful. Skills and knowledge is necessary for student's development so they should not only receive education on curriculum but it should be fruitful enough to develop themselves as a person. They must be provided with a diverse learning, technologies and interdisciplinary curriculum including a teacher who is there for the students and help them through not only school life but through life time.
In the end I belief that education not only involves academic learning but it is social, economic and physical. Teacher should guide and facilitate the students and helping them to be lifelong learners. These are the concepts which I believe are important for education. They vary from teacher to teacher.

This care must be particularly strong with those who perform their duties in the most disadvantaged social contexts (Kowal, 2009).
In this process, the role of universities and institutions responsible for teacher training is essential. Therefore, ensure the quality of their educational processes is a strategy with undoubted positive impact. It is also necessary to ensure access systems to the teaching, for supervision and support during the first years of service and to improve working conditions of all teachers.
Training and teacher performance undoubtedly key factors in improving the quality of education are not isolated elements that can be addressed independently, but, quite the contrary, are affected by the operation of various institutions and the social, cultural and labor in carrying out their professional ...
