Introduction

Every field of study has its own importance that has significant importance on the career. The higher studies if taken, gives the boost to the enhanced knowledge that urges to take the advanced knowledge on the relative subject. As the level of studies grows we get the in-depth knowledge in the respective subject area. This essays aim at discussing my career objective with the reason to chose the institute in the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University for carrying on the studies.

(A) Career objective and reason for studying

Career objective

Everyone has a specific career objective to pursue in the future. The career objective helps the individual to set the objectives for the career and then helps individual to get the sources for attaining that career objective. I have also a career objective to be attained in the future. My career objective is “To attain the best understanding and to get the in depth knowledge of the issues and the practices in the field of organizational psychology and then to practice and experience the learned academic knowledge to the given opportunities in the professional filed to make better and enhance the organizational functioning.”

As a psychology professional I would be applying the set of learned skills that would involve both the quantitative and analytical capabilities to understand and analyze the individuals' behaviors and motivations in the organization and the importance of their behaviors and attitudes in the organizational performance. This would offer me the greater expertise in the field and it will enhance my value learning which will help me to maintain and keep my profession with high demand.

Reason for studying in the California School of Professional Psychology

The reason for taking admission and studying in the California School of Professional Psychology at the Alliant International University is that the institute is a well reputed in the region. The institute has produced the well skilled professionals for many years in the society that are serving their services in the efficient manner in the organizations worldwide. Because of the highly skilled and knowledgeable faculties I have decided to study in California School of Professional Psychology so that I can get benefit from them by learning the highly knowledgeable aspects that would be beneficial for me in the future and that would make me the highly demanded professional with enhanced skills and knowledge.

(B) Autobiographical Sketch

From the very early age, I have always been observing the human behavior, their actions toward something, their mind and their way of doing work. These all human activities have always been interested to me. Although I have studies a lot of subject areas but knowing about the psychological aspects of human is always interesting to me. This interest has lead to me to study the human psychology. I have also selected this subject area for my academic studies.
