Introduction

Primary health care (PHC) is the provision of health facilities to the people at very initial level to create awareness regarding health and make them efficient in taking suitable actions on their own. The concept of PFC was first introduced by world health organization (WHO) for the effective deliverance of health care services. The prime focus of health care approach is to promote health facilities and to prevent illness The provision of primary health care become more important in those areas where there are people belonging from different part of world practicing different religion, speaking different languages, diverse rituals, race, gender role, social festivals and material and non material cultures.

In this article we will be discussing the PHC in situation to Cabramatta which is highly a multiculturalism community which unite and integrate different cultures and is being supported and strengthened by the local government, for economic and social reasons. Cabramatta is known for its Asian-Australian identity and cuisine, Buddhist temples, European cafes, alternative medicines and annual street festival. People of Cabramatta work together to raise families, share common goals at work place, and sharing the individualities of their culture and integrate them in their community to create the feeling of participation and empowerment. There are some strength and difficulities inherited to the multiculturaland hence they exist in Cabramatta, in below we discuss three of them. (Bobak, 2004)
