In the dynamic and highly competitive world of business relations, a developed understanding of personal behavior is a key to success. In a professional environment, where one has to deal with clients on a daily basis, a proper understanding of one's non-verbal behavior can lead to long-lasting and improved professional relationship with clients. It was the captivating need of time that drew my attention towards developing an understanding of my non-verbal behavior, to identify my current abilities and to recognize the areas that I need to improve through a transition process.
