Routine Tasks for Pharmacists

The tasks of this profession vary. In many cases, pharmacy technicians handle much of the routine a traineeship in a pharmacy they accept and double check requirements, for example, maintain patient records in computer systems. The technician can also fill a prescription for pills or liquids distribution, and a label for the prescription. A pharmacy technician can also speak with a pharmacist about potential drug interactions and other risks that the prescribing physician may have missed.
