Solution

In order to select a household from each household a simple random sampling can be useful, as we know that in this particular sampling a random sample is selected so that each sample of the same size can have equal probability of being selected population. For a simple random sample, each household in the region has an equal chance of being selected. For convenience, this method could be replaced by a table of random numbers.

When a simple random sample selection of units in the sample set is made ??directly from the mass of the population of units in the form of random sampling, in which each unit is provided by the general population the same chance (opportunity) to be selected.
