Pestle analysis evaluates and analyzes the political, economical, social and technological aspects surrounding an organization. Political factors involve the study of government regulations, legislations, changes in the business industry due to globalization, tax policies, policies with regards to protection of environment and health safety of public and protection of sensitive data.

Authors suggest that often political factors affect economical factors such as change in the decisions of politician affect the tax decisions, rent rates, inflation, income growth, debt and savings, unemployment (Thompson, 2002 ). Social factors consist of population and demographics which further includes their lifestyle, education, age factor, income, consumer behavior, preferences (Recklies, 2006).
