Persuasive Essay “Why do we continue to underachieve in schools?"

Introduction

The American Samoa educational systems are underachieving the fact that students are being laid back, teachers are not yet meet the requirements, limited curriculum, lack of infrastructure, and lack of support from the home environment. Over the past few years, many parents, government leaders and communities are becoming concerns with the performances shown by the statistics in the American Samoa school. Do these numbers mean schools are not doing their job faithfully or are the parents not involved in their children's education.
