Introduction

When I have to deal with many issues, I usually begin to work on one each at a time. I choose one big problem, and divide into smaller components. I look for tips from family and friends, and try to find common things in their experiences which can be adopted by me. This gives me a fair idea of how I can sort out my problems. I will accept big tasks, and have learnt to make points or time checks. The following is a detailed stress plan.

I frequently encounter Insomnia and forgetfulness. I am not able to sleep as my mind is occupied with the work that has to be done. My mind is usually occupied with the stress of the things that I have to do, and it overwhelms me causing sleeplessness and forgetfulness.

I am faced with the pressure of the daily tasks that I have to do on a daily basis

The burden of my daily tasks is something that is the major reason for stress.

I maintain a list of daily to do things for each of the week, and it consists of the daily chores that have to be done of my household. The list will consist of activities like doing school work, getting regular mantainence work done in the house, getting the utilities, and grooming activities.

My plan is to schedule my work according to priority, so the less priority works are kept for later and the more important ones are done sooner.

On the readiness scale I would put myself on 6 and 7. It is important to be able to know that I can do this, and have the capability of achieving it.
