Background

My name is Tamara Pogosian; I am a 24 year old female currently residing in New England, CT. From 2008-2010, I did my Business Management Degree (bachelors) from Union Institute & University. I'm currently working as a junior accountant and worked full time since 2008, while attending university full time. I belong to an Armenian family. I am a Russian born US citizen. By nature, I have olive skin and dark hair and eyes.

These hardships played a vital role in making us leave Russia to a country like US where we could be treated like everyone else whether immigrant or US born person. As I am very much concerned about equality and justice, especially on the basis of ethnicity and color of skin; therefore I have decided to become a lawyer. As it is a noble profession as the lawyers fight for the rights of people arising out of the very definition of Equity and Justice. I discovered quite early in my life that I wanted to be a lawyer and protect the rights of other immigrants, like me, against discrimination. The thing that excites me the most is the feeling of freedom in US that is the right of every US citizen even if that ...
