Dear Sir/Madam,

The purpose of this application is to enrol in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy Program in The University of Sydney. My name is Natalie Wong Ying. I have successfully completed my Bachelor of Nursing from Monash University in 2009 with an average academic result of Distinction (above 70). I am currently working as a registered Division 1 nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
