Personal Statement

It is my firm conviction that the study of natural phenomena through practical experience is the quintessence of student education. I intend to pursue my graduate studies at the Department of Engineering of UT. I wish to specialize in the field of Electronic Materials with focus on their Processing & Characterization. But, I feel that though an undergraduate education provides a strong foundation it is definitely not sufficient in this respect. A deeper understanding of the intricacies of a subject demands a research oriented graduate education.
