Personal Statement

Earning a MSW program at XXXX University is one of the major decisions of one's life, especially for those who want to purse distinctive career goals and ambitions in their life. My decision to Earning a MSW program offered by the XXXX University has been influenced and affected by many factors, which directly or indirectly link with my career plans in a foreseen future. The prime reason to graduate from the University of XXXX is the image and reputation that the university has developed in the field of academic qualifications and academic learning domain. I am a dedicated, motivated and reliable individual, who is not only a good team player but is very capable of demonstrating great initiative when working independently.

When I was entered in college, I took psychology courses, where I have learned more about communicating with people in social groups, as well as, about the inner conflicts that every one of us has been faced, and ways of dealing with them. I received my undergraduate degree in human services because of my desire to enhance the lives of people. In addition to my academics I maintained a full time job with a security company that has taught me many transferable skills, including excellent levels of concentration and great organizational skills, proficient skills of communication, problem solving and decision making. These things further enhanced my knowledge and insisted me to acquire further education and specialization in the related field of interest.

I have an established understanding and firsthand experience of the Regional and Town planning that I gained during the course of my internship program. I intend to take the community planning program from this university because it is one the best planning programs of the country. Through this graduate program, I can avail the fortunate opportunity to enhance my learning process and furnish my critical skills that are essential to excel in the desired field of work. The incorporated teaching methodologies will help me to acquire the latest knowledge of the field with exposure to the practical examples and filed work events.

My overall work experience have taught me the lesson that o employee must reflect a leadership competencies in order to be more productive and challenging. Due to this reason I will make sure to maximize opportunities to increase support to the most vulnerable children and young people. I demonstrate clear commitment to cction for children's values and is a visible champion. I encourage those who live the cction for children calues and challenges those who do not. I will work hard so that I must be viewed as a positive role model for others and is trusted by others to be acting in the interests of the organization.
