Introduction

The life before entering into the University of Phoenix was though nice but it didn't have any direction. The life at that time had no maturity and no motivation towards the profession. The learning and understanding at the University of Phoenix is certainly huge. It was not expected that when I enter in the university I'll to that much extent. There are various reasons which are responsible for this amount of learning and the major reason is the best faculty of the university that motivates me a lot through their character and acts. Another best of the university is the disciplined environment that we got from the university. All the classes were brilliantly scheduled keeping in mind that how much the student got stresses after taking the class of the core subject, therefore a class with low stress were scheduled. As a result of such great schedule we do not get stressed in fact a uniformity about the course load remains there which certainly benefits us at the end of the semester.

Reflection of personal Achievements at the University

The role of the university in growing my personal professional skills is becomes the most the important because my teachers guided me throughout my tenure in the university that leads to reach a professional direction because as discussed earlier that when I enter in the university, there was no direction of professionalism in my life but only though the continuous guidance and care from the teachers my learning has improved a lot.

Level of professional competence before entering the university

Before entering in the university, the level of competence was a little deviating from what I am today but at the University of Phoenix, I have enhanced this major learning because in the real world situations, the role of learning is an important aspect and with that, the level of competence certainly matters. My oral and communication skills were not as the requirement but by getting education under the trained and professional faculty, my skills of communication with almost any type of human has certainly improved which is now helping me in my professional life. My ways of learning were also very uncreative and time taking but here at the University of Phoenix, less time consuming skills for studying were developed that helped me a lot also after my education. One thing which is certainly important while one is studying is that one should utilize the knowledge and information which he has obtained from the university and this is one thing which several institutions lack but here we have been trained according to the conditions.

Career goals

Before entering the university, as discussed above, there were no or ambiguous career goals but throughout the tenure at the university, we have trained initially to pick a career goal.
