In the very high competition of the modern world, one must be equipped with the knowledge, experience, and ambition to become a successful person in the world. It is my goal of life to gain knowledge with my strong ambition to study Management Studies in B.A. program. If a person is doing a job completely converse of his concerns, then he misplace interest in his area and vocation. It is the toughest task to select your vocation because you are entire future counts upon it. When you conclude to select, your vocation there arrive so numerous proposals by so numerous persons that they do not do anything but bewilder you more and more. There are so numerous stresses, slash-throat affray, and accessible choices in the path of your success. Once you get the right pathway you can accomplish anything, but before that, you have to proceed through vital considered processes.

Management Studies is one of the cores in the field of business and is widely discussed and studied. Numerous books, articles and experts continue to cover aspects of leadership, especially as related to the nature and behavior of good leaders, and the structure and characteristics of the organizations in which they are performed and developed. The study of leadership has many aspects, including the study of types or styles of leadership (or form of authority), the behavioral and personality characteristics of leaders and training of leaders. One aspect that cares to talk about is the need for organizations to have leaders and managers.

The characteristics of the current economic scenarios are very proactive in which enterprises play a decisive role in them especially those companies that have effective leadership, visionary, strategist, able to guarantee a good turnout, competitiveness and success. The modern conditions of market relations have developed a growing role of leadership in business planning and any enterprise or organization. The effectiveness of a business plan, the higher the better organized the process of its formulation and execution.
