I consider myself as motivated toward my goals that I have assigned for myself. And I am very clear about what I want out of my goals. I am aware exactly what skills the employers are looking for out there and I am confident that I hold those skills. SWOT Analysis
A SWOT analysis is a tool used to highlight strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of a subject. These factors can then be used to analyse and evaluate different situations as per the requirement. It's a very useful technique through which one can for understanding your personal weaknesses and your personal strengths and identifying the threats you have to face and the opportunities you encounter (Mindtools, 2012).

Summary of SWOT Analysis
After developing a personal SWOT analysis I was able to understand my strengths and my weaknesses and as it turns out my strengths had more weight age than my weaknesses. But the list of my weaknesses allowed me to analyse it individually and enlightened me with those aspects which needs to be reformed. As far as the threats and the opportunities are concerned, my opportunities lay out the aspects of my personal aspirations in contrast to my strengths. Having an entrepreneurial spirit and plans to open up my own studio allows me to enhance my creativity and innovation because of fewer restraints and career prospects. The threats that I face are more focused on towards my experience point of view and I plan to overcome them with the passage of time.
XY Management Theory
After completing an XY Theory questionnaire I was able to evaluate that I generally prefer being managed with Y theory of management style which shows that I prefer a working environment where the management style is more focused towards long term productivity, and where there are opportunities for growth and much decentralised authority. Where I can be given an open environment and have freedom of speech and learn new things outside my area of responsibility and where my voice could be heard and have some importance (Business Balls, ...
