I would like to begin my EDP with a brief introduction on myself: My name is Abdul Rahman Al Balushi, I was born in 1973 the youngest of five brother and 4 sisters. I was brought up by my mother since my father pass away and ever since she was an inspiration till date. She is the example that I will follow in her dedication to provide us with better leaving standard and kindness.

Many events cross my life from my childhood till now that result not only in major changes but helped me to find my own paths and search for routs to where I went to be in future, I hope that by end of this assignment will in light me to get a proper vision to where I would like to be next.

My professional life :

I believed that my dreams are constantly changing toward advancement in my life and I have cached the opportunity when the bank required good people and hard working staff to build new teams to achieve its target therefore, I was one among selected good staff who are given responsibility and put us under there close supervision for having building good team. I managed to claimed the grads more then 5 time in seven year as the task given to me was accomplished on time without missing any details and moreover my focused was high on the need of the bank but due to daily activities I become unable to make prioritizing task because as I miss the skill of proper planning and managing teams.

Task: Supervision, Managing, delegating task and control branch activities & Operation issue.

Position : In charge of Main Branch Operation

Task: Managing the department, Monitoring and control, Delegating task, ensuring proper procedure are followed and control, enhancing the service level.
