World after 100 Years

I think that by 2100, even most underdeveloped countries will achieve the balance of mortality and the level of the birth rate. This will change the whole system of production and of consumption. In the first half of the twentieth century, developed countries feel the lack of manpower and will have to begin to attract of immigrants. A direct consequence would be a sharp increase in geopolitical of world, which created a significant population density border with the United States; increase its influence at the expense of the United States who was forced to attract immigrants. Most likely, a voltage will not be unloaded until the end of the century. For growing population and economic growth, others will also be one of the leading world powers.

My Greatest Adventure

My greatest adventure was in Afghanistan this year from May to August. It was summer; the thermometer is at 35 ° C. Beautiful wild flowers grow blue, yellow and red next to the wheat and barley, their petals dancing in the gentle wind. Colorful birds as I have never seen plunging into the valleys and play with the wind slipping through the air. Cows and goats ruminate all day into the hills.

In rural Afghanistan girls leave school after the fourth, at the age of nine or 10 years because there are no teachers in schools. So parents keep them at home, or married to some villagers. But I care more for boys. The reality in this country where men hold so much power who will decide what kind of country of Afghanistan will become. We know so little of what this aspect of life in Afghanistan. It's hard to believe that here I am, the same countries that we see every night on television news, where there are three suicide attacks a week and a person is murdered every day (UN figures), where soldiers are fighting for their lives and the political war of words is both won and lost. Here in Badakhshan, is peaceful. The people are among the poorest people in the world but at least their kids can run free in the mountains, taking care of goats and cows. There are few employment opportunities, education is rudimentary at best and health care are almost nonexistent, but it's not a war zone. I find comfort. It's not all Afghans living in fear for their lives every day. I hope that peace will spread from the mountains one day law, beyond the Badakhshan province and across the entire country. I hope to come back here one day.
