Personal Narrative

Introduction

The different incidents that occur in our life often change our life in a way that we never expected it to. This paper will tell you about the major incident in my life that completely changed my perspective towards life. It not only affected my life but my mother and my brother or should I say my entire family was shaken by what happened to us. Life and death are inevitable and all of us have come in this world to play our roles and depart after a certain time as and when God wants us to.The decisions that we take during the hard times are very critical and should be calculated very smartly.

I grew up in a very loving family where I was the apple of my father's eye and my mother was the most supportive and caring mother anyone could ever have. My brother is two years younger to me, as kids and even till now we are the best of friends. My parents had certain plans for me and my brother. I always wanted to study law and become a lawyer. But my father's death changed our life so crucially that all our dreams got ruined.

I was only 15 years of age when my dad passed away as all of a sudden he had a heart failure while we were attending a wedding ceremony in our extended family. My mother was shocked to a point where she was not ready to accept the sudden demise of my father. Me and my brother were also kids so couldn't really support my mother at that time. But there were important decisions that need to be taken and certain situations that needed to be handled.
