Goals

The prime objectives of this leadership development plan include the ability to have the sustaining vision on the accomplishment of goals, personal success, increasing responsibilities of job, managing diversity in team, assessment of strengths and weaknesses in order to overcome weaknesses and to convert strengths into opportunities. In short, this personal leadership development plan will help in strengthening the personal capacities and overcoming the weaknesses which may be impacting the growth of the leader.

Strengths

Communication Skills: Being a leader, I have found that communication skills are the key to successful leadership. This is the most evident and strong skill which I have identified in me as I have also worked within groups previously and that indicated the strong communication skills within me. Now, as the leader, I effectively communicate my views, visions, and objectives with my followers and team. Hence, I have good communication with my team members.

Organization: This is also the most critical skill which I learned being a leader. It holds great importance to be organized by maintaining the proper weekly agenda or day to day schedules to outline the tasks as per their priorities. Moreover, the organization also includes managing the tasks according to the time and deadlines. I believe that it is also one of the most evident strength of my leadership skills.

Relationship Management: the relationship management also holds the critical importance for the successful management of business. I realized the significance of relationship management as soon as I entered in the business world where nobody can work alone but we need cooperation of business partners, team members, and everyone to get the success in the business. It is also one of my strengths as I know I am good at managing the strong relationship with every one especially with my team.

Weaknesses

Time Management: In spite the fact that I am an organized leader but sometimes I find it difficult to manage my time effectively. Being a leader, I am always keen towards taking too many projects but sometimes I recognize trouble with the time management as I also have to be aligned with my team members.
