Introduction

There are different types of organizations existing in the world which are formed for different purposes. Every organization has leaders and managers who are responsible for a number of activities and without whom the organization cannot achieve its goals and targets. All these organizations have some objectives, values, targets and purpose for its formation, and the employees, leaders, and managers are responsible to work together in order to achieve the desired set of goals. Leaders and managers play an influencing role in the organization, as they influence other employees and improve their working skills and capabilities. The objectives and culture of the organization have a strong impact on the management and leadership (Rooke and Torbert, 2005).

Leadership and management is an important function of the organization, and there are different types of leaders and managers who manage and lead the organization according to their desired skills and style. Managers and leaders are different from each other in various ways, and they are responsible for different activities and actions which help the organization in different ways (Rassameesukhanon, 2008).

Every individual consists of some personality traits, and these traits differ from person to person. A personality is defined as a set of values, skills, abilities, perception, behavior and thoughts. It is believed that personality develops with the passage of time, and people should be able to understand their own personality and skills so that they can implement ways to bring appropriate changes in their life. in academic life, teachers are responsible for teaching students about personality skills and making sure that they are able to plan their personality development. The Personality Development Plan (PDP) is implemented my students to bring appropriate changes in their life (Rooke and Torbert, 2005).

Impact of Organization's Objectives, Values and Culture

The objectives, values and culture of the organization have a strong impact on its management and leadership. Objectives are set by the top management of the organization keeping in view the industry where it is operating, so that they can successfully make their position in the industry. The values of the organization depend on the management and leaders as well, as they make these values and make sure that everyone present in the organization follow it. The managers and leaders are influenced by the objectives, values and culture of the organization, and they have to make sure that they work and take decisions accordingly (Rassameesukhanon, 2008).

The objectives of the organization control and set boundaries of the organization and also provides direction to the employees, managers and leaders. Managers and leaders have to work and take decisions according to the objectives of the organization. Leaders and managers play significant role in the organization.
