Voices, an expression, emotion, mix of words or feelings backed with a vocal phrase are all different words for the same human sense. Voice is the ability to give sound to your emotions or words. It means having you heard, over a vast audience or whispering to someone. Hence Voice is a sound, an emotion or perhaps a personality that is communicated irrespective of the distance.
Medically speaking, voice (or vocalization) is the sound produced by humans and other vertebrates using the lungs and the vocal folds in the larynx, or voice box. Voice is not always produced as speech, however. Infants babble and coo; animals bark, moo, whinny, growl, and meow; and adult humans laugh, sing, and cry. Voice is generated by airflow from the lungs as the vocal folds are brought close together. When air is pushed past the vocal folds with sufficient pressure, the vocal folds vibrate. If the vocal folds in the larynx did not vibrate normally, speech could only be produced as a whisper. A voice is as unique as a fingerprint. It helps define a personality, mood, and health.

Similarly someone with a high pitch, poor choice of words and a drawl would imply that the person has had lack of proper school with no attention paid to his personal grooming.
