I am naturally inquisitive in specializing in labor and delivery nursing. My aim of life is to be a labor and delivery nurse which has regularly fascinated me-the way an infantile comes into this world. This degree will assist me impart what I have learned into the survival of others. Being a sensitive person by nature, it will equip me to becoming a representative nurse and help other people. The degree will enable me assist people compassionately, based on the familiarity that I have acquired. Another reason of going for nursing is that it loves to encourage people for helping the others. This is because I enjoy serving people-empowering them-seeing their lives improve, even if it is a small improvement.

Pursuing the BSN degree will give me the tools to achieve my objective of becoming a labor and delivery nurse. I consider I will be arranged amply to face the difficulties that comes with nursing. I will earn the knowledge as well as the practical aspect. One of the main rationales why the BSN nursing degree is so much in demand is because of its growing scope in the nursing career. As per the researches from the labor department of the US, nurses who have BSN certifications have better standing in terms of pay scale and job descriptions. As I want to practice administrative nursing work with a soaring compensation then a BSN degree is the best way to go for me. As I want to get advancement in terms of becoming a midwife nurse, clinical nurse, practitioner, anesthetist etc. then for me the BSN degree is mandatory. BSN degree has a very good career path which is a great motivation for me to fulfill the aim of my life. From the report of a labor department, it is being concluded that the rate of paid nurses is expected to grow at the rate of 23% from 2006 to 2016, which is a rapid growth, not seen in any profession.

Prior to settling labor and delivery, I plan to gain experience in dissimilar aspects of nursing such as medical surgery, nursing home, pads, and mental health. I have toiled in the mental medicinal field for through 10 years. This level will assist me realize the actual fruit which I will get through this profession.
