Practical experience is an asset, which has no parallel and no match, when comparing it with qualification skill and intelligence. This is because experience brings the maturity, which cannot be sought through any other short cut. Unlike nature born intelligence or acquired skill, experience depends upon learning from the mistakes, so as to get enlightenment for the future course of action.
However, experience is not wholly the counting of hours, years etc but the requisite qualities in an individual to get knowledge through his own deeds. For example if a child while playing football, strikes from wrong side, he will definitely get injured. Now this is up to the quality of that child not to repeat such mistake and be preventive in hitting the ball. Simultaneously such preventive act will also be teaching him to adopt better strategy of hitting the ball. But if child is not prone to learn he will definitely receive more injuries due to his not learning from his experience.
In the same way we can easily understand that a qualified MBA, if is already well versed with practical business conventions and knowledge can perform much better than the individual who is mere qualified MBA having no experience at all in his pocket. The person who is only qualified through raw study of theory, whereas his total exposure is restricted within the corridors of college, how one can expect that he will be better than an experienced MBA, who is practically well aware of market situation, attitudes of people, dealing tactics and is having better communication skills.
