The international donor community has invested an estimated 25% of all development funds in capacity building in recent years. International development strategies have evolved over the past few decades to place increasing emphasis on national capacity building as a key driver of development. Therefore, the aim of this topic is to help the company in starting their on-line training for personnel development of their employees. It needs to been that which strategies are useful for the companies in helping the employees to go through the personnel development.
