Introduction

The Personal Development Plan provides a way for an improvement in the personal activities and facilitates the acquisition of generic skills required in the any of the job of an individual. The personal development skills plan brings an improvement in the development process of a person guided; structured and continuous monitoring that approaches the participant optimum performance requirements that preset to its current role. In this part of the paper, the PDP Transferable Skills Table has been described. This method requires a serious commitment on the part of the worker, and on the other, the commitment of the organization to support the process and recognize their achievements in a real way. There have been several situations in which I have to present some of the points to others; there I think the ability to express what I think is more important. In daily huddle's I ensure to make my point clear and everybody do understand what I actually meant to say.

In a team work, every individual comes with his own ideas and opinions with some logical backgrounds, however, I think at some point in time I am adequate enough to understand to what they say. For instance; while planning for constructional visits and important sites one of my team members suggested some important information that I also felt very significant after identification of the team member. Listening and understanding to others point of view is also very important in job.
