My Personal Development

The concept of behaving in an ethical manner is underlying in the heart and soul of every occupation, which is present on earth. There have a number of frameworks that define proper code of conduct and ethics in the workplace, and set off principles and values that are leading the way employees and employers (John 1991). A properly developed and established code of conduct and ethics can never ensure that employees would behave in an ethical way. The spirit and the guiding principles of a document of Code of Ethics help an employee to develop practices that are in conformity with ethical values (Fraedrich and Ferrell 2009). I am fond of reading national newspapers, and try to earn as much as I can the knowledge in the context of work site care as a venipuncture which I am. I sometimes find myself completely lost when I think that I learned about the topics previously was completely a waste of time and energy, but I think it reflects my judgmental mind and problem solving skills, the psychology that helped me, understanding the human nature better. Despite the fact, I had never been thinking previously to do this job, but with time, I felt the pain of humanity and what is liable on us being a human, to serve other person. However, one can which thoroughly shift me from what I previously was doing as I chose to enjoy the working for the social needs fulfillment and felt that although it is difficult, but it would be beneficial to me on the long run.

The development of my skills in the work field enabled me to work in a more enthusiastic manner in a changing environment. I empowered for today's changing environment in a positive manner. My hard work showed the whole faculty members how I look at the problems and develop innovative and dynamic solutions that are ahead of the competition.

Strengths and Weakness Evaluation

During the discussion period of half an hour, I discussed customers past experiences and to how much attention he has given in the past by the CAT. This made me suppress the negative elements of the situation and the halo effect dominated the situation as customer started associated past positive experiences with the current situation that minimized the negative perception formation. Non-verbal cues seem to distort the attention in a situation when horn effect dominates the communication with the other person. My openness to discuss the issue enhanced my capability create a favorable impression to other about my feelings, and intentions. I tried giving positive facial expressions and use open hand movements, sit relaxed and upright, while standing, hold head up to convey a positive message and show interest in customer value to create positive perception of customer.
