My Learning Experience During Placement in New Zealand

My Learning Experience During Placement in New Zealand

My position in JCL required a great deal of responsibility and the roles and responsibilities that I had been for both the tractor and the planter involved a lot of hard work, creativity, time management, and public dealing.

My job involved checking of all the oil level in tractor and planter and recording precise amounts of oil involved if necessary. I had to keep an eye on all the damage that had occurred and all the parts that are to be replaced. I also had a detailed account of the diesel used to keep each day and log the hours of tractor spent hours on my record, for every job and spent hours trying to travel from one job to another. I had to take into account to keep the amount of seed and fertilizer and the size of each job so that JCL could charge customers and in turn they taken care of accordingly.

Working Group on JCL required the ability to work well as part of a team and as individuals. How often can you get away from the yard for the entire day traveling from one job to another? Employees also require map reading skills. Employees must have the confidence, initiative and self motivation to perform tasks with little direct statement as there is no superior to any work.
