Introduction As a Staff Nurse, I have worked with utter honesty, and sincerity towards my work, I have served the patients by sticking strictly to the prescription whenever medicine tends to be given to them. As per the moment, I have an experience in administering medicines orally under supervision. However, in the context of this paper I wish to identify my weaknesses and address them in a manner which will help me eradicate them and allow me to work with much more effectively and efficiency thus extracting fruitful results. However, it is extremely important to understand my role as a team member since my success only lies in the success of my team.Discussion The area, which I have, chosen in order to develop and strengthen my skills, tends to be the safe administration of drugs. The job itself is very sensitive in nature since it tends to reflect directly on my performance and the performance of my team and more importantly, it tends to cater directly to a live of an individual. Therefore, it is important for me to chalk out my role and apply the knowledge which I intend to gain during my preceptorship period.
