Introduction

In creating my personal leadership development plan, I will first provide an overview of what I have found to be my strengths and weaknesses and in doing so will make a distinction as to my leadership style. I will then discuss recent activities I have undertaken which have served to underscore these strengths and weaknesses. Finally, I will lay out my plans for future growth and development as a leader.

I will focus on the GROW model in order to tell my activities to achieve the desired goals. As I know that Modern organizations are currently immersed in a new paradigm to cope with the new human resources and new ways of organizing work in which human resources are in key parts of the organizations.

Discussion

The organizational structure and strategies for competitiveness in the market are affected by all these aspects and thus they end up in developing a model for managing people based strategies and environmental changes that affect it. The simple allocation of people and resources used within the organization may not have a large, satisfactory effect for the companies, therefore, more important to consider human resources as persons subject to influences of managers and environmental factors of the organizational environment in which they operate. An important tool for the treatment of this issue can be presented the motivation and development of staff as a way for companies to increase their competitiveness strategies and their development to the globalized and competitive market to which they belong (Aubrey, 2010).

I want to manage myself and I have set certain attributes to achieve time to time.

My First Goal

Motivation to Employees is my first goal. I know that demonstrating on how motivation influences the productivity of employees in a company is important. It is important for me to analyze the influence of the human factor in the success of various organizations (Aubrey, 2010). I focus on research because I know how leaders and managers working in motivation and personal development of the employees of a company.

Considered in this paper the influence of motivation and personal development has on the technical competitiveness of organizations concerned with the welfare of its employees.

My Second Goal

Decision Making is my second goal. I was not a good decision maker before as I have made certain blunders in my life. I will give 1 on my decision making skills as I was poor in this but, now I am focusing on strong decision making the existence of excessive rules and details can influence the speed of the process of decision making (Aubrey, 2010). Limits of formalization may provide changes in the environment where the organization falls rapidly changing demands of the task, making it virtually impossible your detailed formalization. Organizations exist to achieve complex goals and ambitious, going beyond the limits of individual action. However, they need people to operate.
